Kathy and Ralph have combined Real Estate experience of over  45 years in the Dayton, Miami Valley real estate market.

Kathy is a life long resident of Dayton growing up in the Oakwood area, she has worked in the family real estate office for the past 30 years and has actively been selling for the the past 6 years. Before that she worked  at home raising our 3 sons Chris 25, Mike 23, and Tim 21.

Ralph moved to Dayton in 1976 to attend the University of Dayton and after gradating with a engineering degree in 1980,  found himself in the family real estate office starting in 1986.

In addition to holding his brokers license Ralph has earned the elite CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), the ABR  and GRI designations, a top distinction in his profession.
